Crock Pot Pulled Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 1/2 Lb Boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs1 Med Onion, peeled and sliced thinly3/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce1/4 Cup Water1 1/2 Tbs Brown Sugar
Directions
Slice onion and place chicken thighs, water and onion in crock pot, let cook 3-4 hours on high. Break up chicken into small pieces. Mix Barbecue Sauce and Brown sugar. Pour into chicken and let cook another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Divide onto desired buns.
