Pork Loin Roast (Reduced Sodium)

Ingredients
3 lb boneless pork roast3 cups fat free chicken broth1/4 C Olive Oil1 large onion, chopped5 cloves garlic, minced2 T Paprika2 T Sage (Ground)2 T Oregano2 t basil1/2 t black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients except chicken broth and rub over both sides of roast. Place roast in crock po; add chicken broth. Cook on low 8-10 hours on low, or 4-6 hours on high.

Note: If desired, add potatoes and carrots in the last 3 hours, but if you are counting calories, this recipe is not calculated with any such added ingredients.
