Spinach Salad Dressing

1 Tbsp Dehydrated Onion (or 1 small onion)1 cup Vegetable Oil3/4 cup Sugar1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar1 Tsp. Celery Salt1 Tsp. Black Pepper3 Tbsp Yellow Mustard** I used dehydrated onions because of a food allergy. A fresh small onion can be used in its place.
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drizzle over Spinach Salad.
