4 oz Cream cheese block style (For the calculator i used the regular but is better if you use fat free or low fat)1 tsp Vanilla extract or escence( escence used in calculator)1 tbsp of light butter.1.5 cup powdered sugar( Again i put regular powdered sugar in the calorie calculator but if you use Fructose or any substitute is better, you just blend it and is powdered sugar substitute.=) )
Preparation
Beat the first 3 ingredients at medi-um speed of a mixer until smooth. Lightly spoon sugar into dry measuring cups, and level with a knife. Gradually add sugar to cream cheese mixture; beat at low speed just until blended (do not overbeat).
Yield: depending on how much you use, but it should work for a 11x7 inch cooking pan
