Almond Milk Pancakes

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 mediumAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 12 ozCanola Oil, 1 tbspBaking Powder, 4 tspGranulated Sugar, 4 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (for the pan)
Directions
Mix all ingredients (minus butter) together with a whisk. Add butter to the pan on medium. Cook pancakes until done!

Serving Size: Makes 10 decently sized pancakes
