Chicken - Creamy Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1/2 cup Daisy 2% cottage cheese2 cups homemade chicken broth - defatted, well seasoned, not much salt (which significantly reduces the listed amount of sodium!)6 ounces cooked chicken (small diced)
Directions
In a blender add the chicken broth and the cottage cheese. Blend on high for at least 2 minutes, until totally mixed and frothy.

In small saucepan, add blended mixture and diced chicken. Heat over medium low heat, stirring constantly until steam starts to rise. Remove and serve immediately.

Can add 1 cup of sauteed vegetables if want more bulk to the soup.

Serve with Green Salad.
