Coconut rice

Ingredients
Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup cookedonions 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp *Coconut Milk, 1 cup
Directions
In a medium sauce pan or large skillet
Using a small amount of oil or cooking spray cook onions and garlic until soft.
Add broccoli, cook until mostly thawed
add everything else

cook until heated through

Serving Size: Makes 4 dinner servings or 8 side dish servings
