Peppermint Ice Cream

Ingredients
1/2 gallon lowfat milk1 pint half and half1/2 pint heavy whipping cream4 cups peppermint (powdered)ice (2-4 bags)rock salt
Directions
powder peppermints in food processor or blender

combine ingredients in ice cream maker tin, adding peppermint slowly.

remove clumps, try to extract as much peppermint from them as possible before removing

close container and fill crank bucket with alternating layers of ice and rock salt

churn for 45 minutes or until crank will not turn anymore/ ice cream has thickened.
