2 cups finely grated carrot2 cups finely grated apple2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup rolled oats1 c low fat sour cream1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 1/2 cup non fat milk2 Tsp melted butterMix all together and drop by spoonful on to hot nonstick griddle. Eat with real maple syrup!
