1 lb pork tenderloin3 tbsp olive oil divided1.5 tsp salt divided1 tbsp caribbean jerk seasoning3 cups fresh or frozen butter peas1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley1 tsp fresh thyme leaves1/4 fresh lemon juice1/2 tsp crushed red pepper1/4 tsp black pepper
preheat grill rub 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp carobbean seasoning over tenderloin. grill covered w grill lid 10 -12 min each side or until thermometer inserted into thickest park registers 155 degrees. Meanwhile bring butter peas to a boil in a 3 qt sauce pan over high heat reduce heat to med and boil for 25 min drain. combine peas and next six ingredients and remainging olive oil
