Italian Meat Sauce

Ingredients
traditional ground beef sauce with lots of vegetables.
Directions
Heat large dutch over over stove.
Add olive oil, butter and garlic, simmer 2 min.
Add onions, simmer until tender
Add ground beef, simmer until browned
Add all other ingredients, simmer for at least 120 minutes.
Sever hot over noddles.
