Slow Cooked Chipotle, Beer and Turkey Chilli

1 pound lean ground turkey1 15oz can tomato sauce1/2 bottle of Mexican Lager Beer (I used Dos Equis)1 15oz can diced tomatoes (with or without green chillies)1 15oz can garbanzo beans1 15oz can white beans1 tsp garlic powder2 Tsp chipotle chilli powder1 Tbs chilli powder2 tsp oregano Salt and pepper to taste
Chop half an onion and rinse beans. Combine all ingredients into a regular crock pot and let sit for about 6-8 hours on low. I used a regular Mexican Lager, but you can sub light beer instead. Also I don't ever measure spices, I just add them until I think it's enough, so these are just estimates that you can play with!
