Whole Wheat Challah

Ingredients
1.5 c Warm Water3 Tbs. yeast1 Tbs. sugar7 c whole-wheat flour1/3 c honey1/3 c light brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp. saltsquirt vanilla1/4 c canola oil
Directions
Proof 2 Tbs. dry yeast in 1.5 c warm water with 1 Tbs sugar.

Once yeast has started working, add all other ingredients. Mix until dough forms. Let rise, punch down and let rise again. Brade and bake in a preheated oven @ 350 F for approximately 15 minutes
