Black Soy Bean and Beef Chili

Ingredients
2 tbsp oil1 green pepper, chopped1 red pepper, chopped1/2 cup red onion chopped2 1/2 lbs. ground beef1/4 cup chili powder3 tbsp. cumin powder1 tsp. fresh garlic 1 tsp. kosher salt1 tsp. pepper1 tsp. garlic powder3 roma tomatoes, chopped15 oz. can of black soya beans
Directions
1. heat oil and cook peppers, onions for 3 mins

2. add spices and stir for 1 min.

3. add beef and brown well

4. add tomatoes and beans and cook for 10 mins

top with fresh cilantro, diced avocado and sour cream , yum

Serving Size: makes 8 - 1 cup servings
