Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
1lb ground chicken, Purdue1 large egg1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs.
Directions
Combine all ingredients and add 1/3 of bread crumbs as well (adds abt 12 calories per serving). Roll into small meatballs. May be sticky, wet hands with cold water. Sear outsides of meatballs in a non-stick pan. Pour low-calorie sauce of choice into pan and simmer meatballs for 10-15 minutes.
