Banana Nut Cookies

Ingredients
4 bananas170g soya flour 60g wholemeal flour2 eggs3 Tbsp grapeseed oil50g cashew nuts60g raisins
Directions
Mash bananas. Slowly mix in flours.

Mix in eggs and oil. Stir until batter is a smooth paste.

Gently mix in nuts and raisins.

Line a baking tray with baking parchment and lightly grease the surface with a little oil. Bake two batches of six cookies.

Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 190°C/380°F/Gas Mark 5.

Serving Size: Makes 12 large cookies.
