Easy Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
2 Hard Boiled Eggs2 Tbsp. of Mayo1 Tbsp. of Mustard2 slices of toastDash of Salt and Pepper
Directions
Start off by boiling the eggs for ten minutes. While the Eggs are boiling, toast the two slices of bread. Once the eggs are boiled, take them out of the hot water, and remove the yolk. Place it in a small bowl, and proceed to cut up the whites of the egg to mix with the yolk. Place the Mustard and Mayonnaise into the bowl, stirring till thick and creamy. Spread the mixture onto the Toast, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
