Ingredients
1/4 C cooked brown rice1/4 C cooked ground beef1 tsp cumin1 med baby zucchini chopped2 lg mushrooms choppedsaute in pan until veg is soft. 2 eggsadd eggscook thru. fill warm 8 in tortilla.top with 1/8c 2% mexican blend cheeseadd mango salsa is desired
Directions

saute in pan until veg is soft.

add eggs

cook thru. fill warm 8 in tortilla.

top with 1/8c 2% mexican blend cheese

add mango salsa is desired
