Flourless Chocolate-Bean Cake

1. Preheat oven to 175C (350F).
2. Take your blender and make a smooth mass out of beans and eggs (add eggs gradually).
3. Melt the chocolate, cool slightly and then whisk together with the bean-egg mixture and baking powder. Add cinnamon or nutmeg to taste if you like.
4. Pour batter in a greased pan, patty-cases, or small muffin tins. Bake for about 30 min if using one dish, or 10-15 minutes if making smaller cakes. Each oven is different, so the time may vary, but you really don’t want to overbake the cake.
Serving Size: Makes eight mini cup-cakes or four normal-sized muffins
