Cherry's Vegetable, Rice & Noodle Soup

Ingredients
6 cups Water3 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream1 ounce Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 large raw Potato, peeled0.75 raw Onion, chopped1 large stalk Celery1 cup cooked, frozen Mixed Vegetables0.33 cup Rice, white, dry, medium grain1 ounce noodles (Ronzoni, Smart Taste, Dry, Enriched, No yolk
Directions
Put water in large pot. Chop raw vegetables into bite size pieces or smaller. Place in water and bring to rolling boil. Turn heat down to simmer. Add rice and noodles. Check to see if vegetables are crispy, then add cooked Mixed vegetables, sour cream and cheddar cheese. Stir until blended and serve.
Season to taste (added salt not figured in recipe).
