Ingredients
1/2 C. almonds, honey roasted4 C. mixed green lettuce, torn1/2 C. dried cranberries1/3 C. gorgonzola cheese crumbles1 green apple, diced1/2 red onion, sliced1/2 cucumberSalt and Pepper, to tasteWhite Balsamic Vinaigrette salad dressing to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with desired amount of dressing, salt & pepper.
