Blueberry Pie Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 cup blueberries1/3 cup whole wheat flour2 Tbsp rolled oats1/2 tsp cinnamon2/3 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp salt1 scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein Powder1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and then mix in almond milk and vanilla and add blueberries. Lightly coat skillet with cooking spray and cook pancakes 1-2 at a time, flipping when ready. They kind of take a while because they’re pretty thick so make sure you don’t undercook them, not that there are any raw eggs in there or anything.
