Ingredients
red/orange lentils1 cup washedcarrots 1 cup garlic 2 clovesjalapeno pepers 1 (if you like it spicy)water-add filterd water or broth..
Directions
1-boil the letntils and carrots until tender in water-you can use broth if you like.
2-let cool down.
3-blend the lentils,carrots, garlic, jalapeno peper in a blender.
4-heat on stove, add spices to your liking.
this is really yummy and healthy soup. add lemon and viola!
