Ground Sirloin 96% Extra Lean, 2 oz Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped *Butter lettuce1/4cup *Tandoori Garlic Nann (2.2 oz / 63 gr / Serving), 63 gram(s) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/3 tbsp Six Cheese Italian Blend (Harris Teeter), 1/4cup *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 1 tsp *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 1 tbsp
Add 1/3 T EVOO to a hot cast iron pan. Add meat, taco seasoning, and diced onion and brown.
Chiffonade the Butter Lettuce ans set aside.
Toast the bottom of the tandoori naan on a pizza stone under the broiler. Flip and lightly toast the top.
Add cheese blend to the naan and melt under the broiler until almost golden. Remove from broiler and add ground beef topping, lettuce, and sour cream.
