Ingredients
1 ring hillshire beef keilbasa sausage sliced like thick pepperoni1 14 oz.can tomatoe sauce1 14oz can diced unsalted tomatoes3 Tbs brown sugar1/2 cup Marsala wine1 Tsp Penzeys tuscan sunset1Tsp Penzeys ground fennel1 chopped onion1 oz olive oil5 large cloves garlic rough diced med. chunks30 sliced dried shiitake mushrooms1 cup jarlesburg cheese shredded for topping
Directions
Brown meat in dutch oven,add onions and garlic and mushrooms saute another 20 min. add tomatoes and tomato sauce simmer 2 to 4 hrs. serve over your favorite whole wheat pasta or not
