Chicken Sausage Spaghetti Puttanesca

1 T olive oil1 lb chicken sausage (ground)1 large onion, diced6 garlic cloves, minced4 anchovies or 2 t anchovy paste1 T Italian seasoning1/2 t red pepper flakes28 ounce can crushed tomatoes2 T capers, drained1 cup pitted olives (green/black or mix), choppedsalt and pepper6 servings high fiber pasta1/4 c fresh basil or parsley8 ounces Bocconcini, sliced in half
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage, onion, garlic, anchovies, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
When sausage is browned, add tomatoes, capers and olives. Season with salt/pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix basil and bocconcini into sauce and toss with pasta. Serve.
