homemade Potatoe Chips

Ingredients
Slice potatoe thinly. Put Olive oil on a cookie sheet (cover with foil for easy clean up.) Spread potatoes out in one layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and seasoning. Cook at 350 degrees until they are as crispy as you like them. for me about 15 minutes.
