Stew Meat with Rice

Ingredients
2 to 3 lbs. stew meat or round steak2 c. water1 tsp. lemon juice1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1 clove garlic, chopped1 onion, chopped2 bay leaves1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1 tsp. paprika1 tbsp. sugarDash of cloves
Directions
Brown meat. Add remaining ingredients. Let simmer 2 to 3 hours. Thicken with cornstarch. Best served with rice.
