whole wheat pancakes 2

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup oat bran2 tsp baking powder1/4tsp salt1/4 tsp ground cinnamon3 tsp splenda 1 tbsp olive or veg oil1 tsp vanilla extract.1 large whole egg1 cup 2% milk
Directions
Heat non stick skillet to medium-low.
Combine all dry ingredients, then add all wet ingredients and stir until just combined. There should be lumps and no dry spots.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter on skillet and cook until edges appear dry and bubbles pop at the top. Flip and cook until no longer gooey. It's hard to say how long.
Then enjoy with whatever topping you please.
