Ingredients
Cut the meat into cubes 1 / 2 inch. and Cut the vegetables cubes 1 / 2 inch too
Directions
. With 2 cups of water put the meat in a pot of pressure, along with the onion, celery, garlic and boilling for 20 min. cool, open and add the remaining ingredients, except the wine, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. return to boil for 15 minutes in the basin of pressure. Cool, uncover and put the wine and sauce, adjust salt and thickness, bring to a boil uncovered for 1 minute and serve with white rice.
