Mom's Granola

Ingredients
8 c Quick Quaker Oats1/4 c Sesame seeds1 1/2 c chopped almonds1 c wheat germ7 oz angel flake coconut1/2 c brown sugar (packed1 t saltMix dry ingredients together add:1/2 c olive oil1/2 c water1 T vanilla
Directions
Bake at 300 in a large flat pan, stirring every 20-30 min. Watch carefully toward end of cooking time as it can get too toasty.

When cooled you may add raisins, cinnamon, or chopped dates. Store in a cool area in air tight container.
