Vegan Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Ingredients
12 Kalamata Olives3 cups of cooked whole wheat penne3 cloves of garlic minced5 basil leaves, minced1 tablespoon olive oiljuice of one lemon3 carrots, chopped3 celery stalks, chopped1 can of organic, cooked garbanzosSea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta and cool. Chop all veggies and toss with pasta and other ingredients. I used minimal oil and just a bit of salt but adjust to your taste. We didn't have cherry tomatoes but these would be great in here.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 5 1-cup servings.
