1.25 c quinoa flour.75c water mixed with 1T plain yogurt1 egg1/4 tsp sea salt 1/2 c applesauce (or oil)2T brown sugar un packed (or honey 1/3 c)2tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla
Directions
mix all ingredients, bake 20 min at 400F
