Pork and Chicken Sausage Patties

Ingredients
4 oz Ground Chicken4 oz Ground Pork2 Tsp Apple Juice.5 tsp ground thyme1 tsp ground sage1 tsp ground pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well, but do not over mix. Form 8 balls with and squish into patties. Cook in a nonstick pan over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Serve immediately.
