Chocolate Pudding - Gluten Free

Ingredients
3/4 cup of sugar1/3 cup of corn starch1/4 cup of Unsweetened Cocoa powder1/8 tsp. salt2 cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk1/2 tsp. vanilla6 tbsp. egg whites
Directions
Combine butter, sugar, salt, corn starch, cocoa and eggs.
Stir and cook slowly add milk stirring constantly add vanilla the end.

You can omit cocoa and add banana or pineapple or coconut. This makes a good pie filling as well.
