2 c. skim milk2 tbsp. shortening4 tsp. sugar2 tsp. salt4 c. white flour1 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
Add to bread maker in order given.
Operate on dough setting.
When risen to top of bread maker, remove from machine.
Divide equally between 2 bread pans.
Let rise again.
Bake for 40 minutes @ 350 degrees.
