5 lbs. red skin potatoes (boiled, cooled and cut up)5 egg whites (boiled and chopped)1 cup grated carrots1 cup diced celery1/2 cup diced onion2 cups Hellman's Low Fat Mayonnaise1 T Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
Mix the mayonnaise and dressing mix and toss over the veggies.
Chill 1-2 hours before serving.
