Kim's Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1/2 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 1/3 cup Baking Powder, 1 1/2 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1/4 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Milk, 2%, 1/3 cup (remove)*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp (remove)Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Combine the egg, milk, oil and vanilla, add to the dry ingredients just until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries. Fill greased or paper line muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 - 27 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.

Serving Size: Make 9 muffins per recipe.
