peach cobbler - EASY

Ingredients

Filling:4 Cup fresh/frozen peaches3/4 Cup sugar1 tea lemon juice1 tea Molly McButterCrust:1 1/2 Cup Biscuit Mix1 1/4 Cup evaporated fat free milk1/8 Cup sugar
Combine filling ingredients. Stir gently until sugar starts to dissolve and set aside.
Combine biscuit mix and evaporated milk and stir until well blended. Mixture will be like think batter. Add sugar and mix.
Pour 1/2 the batter into 9 X 12 baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. Spoon fruit mixture evenly over top.. Pour remaining batter evenly over top of peaches. Sprinkly spoonfull of granulated sugar over the top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
