Simple Taco Dip

Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck/beef/or meat substituteTaco seasoning mix (1.25 oz/35g) packagePhiladelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese (2) 8 oz. packagesFat Free Sour Cream 16 oz/1lb container2 cups iceburg lettuce, shredded1/2 cup onion chopped1 cup chopped tomatoes1 - 3/4 cup shredded cheese pf choice (or 1 package mexican blend)1 small can sliced black olives (optional)
Directions
Brown meat in a pan and drain (if necessary). Return meat to pan (on medium heat) and add 1/4 cup water & 1/2 package taco seasoning mix (1.25 oz size - 1/2 is approx 1 1/2 tbsp). Stir util well blended.

In a bowl mix/blend together 2 packages of cream cheese, sour cream, and the rest of the taco seasoning mix. In a 13 X 9 pan or cookie sheet spread this mixture evenly along the bottom.

Next layer the ground meat evenly over the spread of cream cheese mixture. The layers continue as follows: lettuce, onion, tomatoe, and cheese. Slice black olives on top of cheese is optional.
