Ingredients
Directions
2 1/2 cups bisquick mix (can use heart healthy or make your own mix)1 cup 1%milk3 TBS Becel margarine1/2 cup dark brown sugar1 TBS ground cinnamon
Mix the bisquick with the milk. On a lightly floured piece of wax paper, roll out to a rectangle about 12 inches in length and 6 or 8 inches in width. Spread with becel, leaving 1/2 inch clear on both of the 12 inch sides. (This helps hold the rolls together) Mix the cinnamon and the brown sugar together, and sprinkle it evenly over the buttered area.
Roll up tightly using the paper to help roll it, but make sure the paper is NOT trapped in there to bake. Open up the paper "roll" and then cut into 12 pieces. I find it easiest to cut in half, then half again. Each of these 4 pieces gets cut into 3 pieces. It is pretty easy with a piece this size to eyeball it evenly. Put on cookie pan prepared with pam, or with parchment paper on it. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy warm if you can!
