Turkey Meatball soup

Ingredients
2 cups low sodium chicken broth2 cups your favorite pasta sauce (low cal)1 lb. lean ground turkey1`15oz can chickpeans drained2 cups fresh spinach1TBSP crushed red pepper flakesPam cheese, Italian seasoning, salt (oppitional)
Directions
In a stock pot put chicken broth and pasta sauce and simmer. Add chickpeas and stir.

In another bowl take ground turkey and add 1TBSP crushed red pappers (you can also add garlic, Itralian seasoning, etc...just light or no salt).

Make 1oz meatballs with this mixture and add to sauce pot. Increase tempature. Light boil for 20 minutes until meatballs are poached and cooked throughout. Add the spinach until wilted. Serve hot. Can top with a few shavings of fresh Parm cheese
