Bacon and Cheddar Omelet with Juice

Ingredients
2 large eggs1 tbsp milk1 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese 1 tbsp bacon pieces1/2 tbs butter1 cup juice
Directions
Whisk eggs and milk. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add eggs and cook while stirring until just slightly runny, then flatten into circle.

Spoon the bacon bits and cheddar cheese across the center of the omelet and fold in half. Cook for another minute or so, but don't overcook or allow the egg to turn brown. If necessary, you can flip the entire omelet over to cook the top for 30 seconds or so.

Serve with juice.
