Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs1/4 c unsalted butter, melted1 tbsp Splenda1 can Eagle brand Fat-Free sweetened condensed milk3 egg yolks3/4 c key lime juiceWhipped cream and lime slices for garnish, if desired
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a glass pie pan, mix the crumbs, Splenda and butter with a fork until texture is like wet sand. Press crumbs into bottom and up sides of pan evenly. Bake for 8-9 minutes until crust is solidified and slightly darker in color. Set aside and let cool for at least 45 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, milk, vanilla, and eggs until well combined. Pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust and bake in the oven until filling is just set, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove pie from oven and let cool in refrigerator until cold. When ready to serve, garnish slices with whipped cream and lime slices if desired. Bon appetit!
