Ingredients
1 cup bulgur (uncooked)3 seeded chopped tomatoes2 cucumbers3 green onions/scallions2 garlic cloves1 cup fresh parsley1/2 cup fresh mint1/2 cup lemon juice2/3 cup olive oil
Directions
Cook the bulgur according to instructions, let it cool down.
Chop to small pieces and mix tomatoes, cucumbers, green onion, garlic, parsley and mint. Mix the lemon juice and olive oil together. Mix bulgur, veggies, dressing together and refrigerate for 4 hours.
