No Bake Chocolate Chip Flax N' Oat Bars

Ingredients
3 T. Honey2 T. Brown Sugar/Turbinado1 T. Coconut Oil1/2 C. Nut Butter1/2 tsp Vanilla Extractpinch of salt2 T. Ground Flax Seeds1 C. Quick Rolled Oats (use certified gluten-free, or Quinoa flakes)1 C. Perky's Rice Cereal or Rice Crispies1/2 C. mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
In a medium sized sauce pan or skillet, combine first three ingredients over low heat until crystals dissolve. Stir in nut butter, vanilla and salt until smooth. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in flax, oats and cereal. Allow to cool further, and add chocolate chips. Press into 12 muffin tins and store in fridge.
