Confetti Spaghetti

Ingredients
14 oz Smart Taste Spaghetti2 tsp Olive Oil300 grams carrots, thinly sliced1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Garlic powder1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 tbsp Basil1 10 oz package frozen Broccoli1/2 cup water1 Chicken Boullion Cube1/2 tsp Nutmeg15 slices Hormel pepperoni28 grams (1/3 cup) Parmesan Cheese, grated25 ounces Chicken breast, cut into thin slices
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Heat olive oil in skillet on med low, then cook chicken until no longer pink and juices run clear. Set aside. Add carrots, salt, garlic powder, pepper and basil, saute for 2 minutes.

In small glass casserole, stire water, boullion, add broccoli and cover. Microwave on high 3 minutes, check for doneness and cook more as needed. Stir in nutmeg.

Combine vegetables together from 2 steps and simmer 1-2 minutes.

Top spaghetti with vegetables, parmesan cheese, pepperoni and chicken.
