1/2 cup old fashion oats1 tablespoon brown sugar (light)1/2 med apple (chopped)
add 1 cup water to 1/2 cup of oatmeal and cook in microwave for 2 min in microwaveable safe bowl. Add brown sugar and chopped apples. Can substitute strawberries, bananas, etc as you choose. I enjoy adding chopped walnuts once in awhile.
