Mexican Lasagne

1 lb ground turkey (extra lean)10 8" tortillas1 can (drained) black beans1 can (drained) sweet corn1 package taco seasoning1 package Philly cooking cream (Sante Fe)Shredded cheese (reduced fat)Sour cream (fat free or reduced fat)jalepenos and onions (optional)
Brown ground meat - cook with hot peppers and onions if desired. Drain if needed, but with the 99% fat free turkey you don't need to.
Line a glass casserole dish with 5 of the tortillas
Combine the rest of the ingredients (except shredded cheese & sour cream) in a large bowl.
Layer browned meat with the "wet" ingredients.
Add another layer of tortillas and repeat.
Spread a layer of the "wet" ingredients on the top, covered with a light layer of shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 for approx 20 minutes.
Top with sour cream
