Ingredients
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 1.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)xylitol, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Combine 2 C Xylitol + 1.25 C Water boil/sugar syrup "COOL"
Combine dry ingredients + Sugar Syrup heat to smooth into syrup,
THEN add vanilla

Store in Refrigerator 2-3 months. It will become very thick when it is cold, but thins when reheated (use low heat and stir constantly. This can be stored @ room Temp for one month.
